Not every space is the same. And when you’re tasked with transforming a space within a listed building into a state-of-the-art CTT space, it’s not just a matter of getting the job done. It’s about working sympathetically within the space, ensuring that history and heritage is preserved and respected, whilst meeting the needs of a modern student body.

We delivered a high-quality refurbishment within the historic, Grade-A listed Gilbert Scott Building, creating a new flexible space and breakout area. This involved installing bespoke joinery items such as a timber ceiling raft and slatted wall, fitting new partitions and doors, installing new marble wall cladding, and wall finishes. We also provided a range of mechanical and electrical services, to upgrade lighting, power, radiators, plumbing, fire alarms, and data, all of which included testing and commissioning.

Fit-out • M&E • Joinery • Specialist flooring • FF&E

The project finishes required specialist work such as the installation of acoustic flooring, alongside additional decoration and FF&E including the specification and installation of lockers, blinds, and pinboards.
