The best-selling soft drinks produced at the Royal Forest Factory keep the nation refreshed and energised. As such, keeping disruption to a minimum and delivering the project on time and ready to go were key considerations for this full M&E project.

Our task was to construct a new ISO 8 clean room to house a new aseptic filling process and associated processing plant, alongside a general warehouse services upgrade. This project spanned the mechanical and electrical service spectrum, incorporating design, supply, installation, testing, commission and handover of the complete building services and utility connections to plant and equipment.

A new HVAC system with 100% fresh air system & thermal wheel heat recovery • Antimicrobial pre-insulated ducting system • A high-quality filtration & BMS system • Process pipework services • Hot and cold water services • Drainage • Sprinkler systems • HV Install • LV switchgear & distribution system • Small & general power • LED & emergency lightning • L1 fire alarm and detection

To minimise disruption and support the plant’s operation – key considerations in a busy manufacturing environment – all work was carried out under a critical design specification and room conditions guidelines.
