Every family house should feel like home. We designed, planned, built, and finished two bespoke, luxury five-bed homes in an exclusive semi-rural location just outside Glasgow. These sustainable, highly insulated, energy efficient homes were built to an exceptional specification and have an ‘A’ rating for Energy Efficiency.

Both properties were designed to meet the needs of modern life, providing spacious, contemporary spaces created with the needs of family life in mind. State-of-the-art appliances were installed in the kitchen, and both the kitchens and bathrooms were fitted out with premium finishes and units. The exteriors of both homes were designed to be fresh and modern, yet sympathetic to the location with secluded balconies and selectively coloured cladding.
