BJSS, the UK’s largest privately-owned IT consultancy, hired us to deliver a high-quality fit-out in their Glasgow city centre offices. The finished job needed to be fresh, modern, welcoming, and people centric, reflecting their status and values. We were tasked with delivering meetings rooms (with partitions), installing kitchen units and a breakfast bar, supplying appropriate furniture, building user-friendly booths, installing a reception desk, and flooring and decoration throughout the space.
The project also required us to deliver a wide range of M&E installations including plumbing, drainage, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, fan coil unit, pipework and attenuators, lighting, power, data, IT, AV, and fire alarms.

One of the key challenges of this project was that the rest of the building was fully occupied by other companies – all of which needed to be able to carry on working as usual. We worked closely with the Building Management team before beginning work – and throughout the project – to make sure that we kept disruption to a minimum, respected any landlord specific requirements, and were able to agree access and egress routes for our site.
