The project involved an extensive refurbishment of an existing two storey modular unit complex and the Navy Building to create new offices, toilet facilities, and amenities.
Works included down takings, joinery, extensive mechanical and electrical installations, decoration throughout the building, and the installation of new partitions, doors, lockers, kitchen units, floorcoverings, IPS panels, cubicles, and vanity units within the toilets.
