We worked with Consulting Engineers, Will Rudd Davidson, on the refurbishment of 30-40, St. Vincent Place, a prestigious Grade-A listed building that is Clydesdale Bank’s Glasgow headquarters. Together, we delivered stylish new banking and office space and staff welfare facilities. In all this work, we retained the grand, historic features of the original building and chose beautiful, modern fitting, fitments and furniture, to create a suite of elegant work and public environments.

REMODELLING AND STRUCTURAL WORK

The project was carried out over three floors and a basement and involved extensive structural work and remodelling. Throughout the project, great care was taken to protect existing architectural features. The work included the removal of structural and load-bearing walls and the installation of a new feature stair.

Structural Work • Remodelling • M&E System Installation • Ceiling & Roof Repairs • Plaster Works • Decoration

The centerpiece of the project was the refurbishment of the main banking hall. This included the installation of partitions, ceilings and flooring, alongside extensive plaster works and decoration. We also undertook a full refurbishment of all M&E systems, including data, security, air conditioning and lighting. High level works were carried out to provide external signage, alongside window, ceiling and roof repairs.
