We were tasked with transforming a large vacant property into a state-of-the-art office space for a leading financial services organisation, via this extensive mechanical and electrical services upgrade project. This involved a full strip out of all existing services across 8 upper floors and 3 basement levels. In total we upgraded services throughout 16,258m2 of internal space.
The works also included the installation of a new roof top generator, and comfort heating and cooling system which is supplied by air source heat pumps via a fan coil unit, all fully controlled by a new Trend BMS system complete with space temperature sensors.

To meet the needs of a busy, modern workplace, the existing third-floor Communications Room was rebuilt. To ensure that all design outputs met current regulations, a comprehensive commissioning regime was implemented across the project.
The result was a welcoming, accessible workspace that met the needs of the client and their team and provided carbon savings to the client.
