We were approached to create a new extended hospitality area at Rangers Football Club’s Ibrox ground. This project involved adding a new viewing arena with an accessible platform as well as the creation of new state-of-the-art restaurant and bar areas, with a modern professional kitchen and toilets. Bespoke joinery, including new windows, partitions, and ceilings, were used to give the space a fresh, modern feel.
The project also included steelwork for the seating area, external cladding, builders work and flooring. We worked closely with the client to coordinate FF&E elements such as bespoke seating. Behind the scenes, we also delivered a range of mechanical and electrical services including power, lighting, fire detection and alarms, ventilation, comfort cooling and A/C, drainage, and BMS.
Works include
Fit-out • M&E • Windows • Kitchen • Bespoke joinery • Steelwork • Flooring • Kitchen installation • Lighting
Football fixtures can’t be put on hold and a Scottish Premiership team can’t switch stadiums to accommodate works. This meant we were working in a unique live environment, with the stadium remaining fully operational throughout the project. We had to plan accordingly, ensuring players, staff, and fans had safe access to the grounds, and that the impact of the work was minimal. Careful planning and our extensive experience of live environments meant that we got the right result for everyone involved.
